Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) is considered Federal employment, yet differs from Federal Civil Service (GS) jobs because NAF employee salaries come from the revenue generated by the facilities for which we provide service. Applicants must provide a copy of sponsor's PCS orders and proof of US citizenship. Turkish citizens may not apply for US NAF positions. Turkish citizens who are married to a military member are not eligible for US NAF positions unless they become US citizens and renounce their Turkish citizenship.
