Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) is considered Federal employment, yet differs from Federal Civil Service (GS) jobs because NAF employee salaries come from the revenue generated by the facilities for which we provide service. Turkish citizens who are married to a military member are not eligible for US NAF positions unless they become US citizens and renounce their Turkish citizenship.
