Civil Service (GS) jobs because NAF employee salaries come from the revenue generated by

In accordance with the Status of Forces Agreement
between Turkey and the US the following individuals may apply:
- US citizens in Turkey on official US government issued orders
- Registered aliens who have applied for US citizenship in Turkey
on official US government issued orders
- Citizens of a NATO country in Turkey on official US government issued orders
Applicants must be stationed at Incirlik on official US government issued orders. Applicants must provide a copy of sponsor's PCS orders and proof of US citizenship.
Turkish citizens who are married to a military member are not eligible for US NAF positions unless they become US citizens and renounce their Turkish citizenship.
